    Yes, you can set the digital staff language. There are up to 20+ languages.
  • How do I train my digital staff?
    You may train the digital staff by using documents in the file type PDF, Doc, and Docx. Or you may Simply enter a URL, and the digital staff will be trained using the content found on that webpage.
  • How do I change the background of the workspace?
    The background of the workspace is synchronized with the digital staff's background. You may change the background of the workspace by changing the digital staff's background. Simply click into your digital staff, you may change the background in the basic settings. Click the link to open new tab for more details.
  • Is the digital staff automatically updated when the website content changes?
    No. Currently, to initiate a retraining, you need to access the panel and manually train the digital staff with the same website again.
  • How can I try the free version of the Kimiya AI platform?
    You can try the free version by registering a new account, which provides a 14-days trial period.
  • Why have I not received the confirmation verification email?
    Please check your junk mail folder and wait a few minutes. If you still have not received the email, please resend the request link.
  • Is there is any limit for number of messages?
    As long as you have enough credits for the message, there are no limits for number of messages.
  • Where can I see the detailed record of credit deduction?
    You may see the details of each credit deduction of the digital staff's chat when you check out the “Chat History” in the “Dashboard” Panel.
  • If I have purchased a subscription plan, how do I cancel the subscription?
    You can change or cancel your subscription plan at any time. You can find your subscription record inside the panel. Simply click the “My subscription” button and you may cancel your current subscription plan. All the add-ons will also be cancelled.
  • How long does training takes?
    Depends on the documentation file size, or the website’s pages. Usually, it should be done within few minutes.
  • Is there a limit to the number of messages?
    There is no limit to the number of messages as long as you have enough message credits.
